Our newly renovated one-bedroom apartments are designed specifically for low-income seniors. These apartments include modern Stainless-Steel appliances, on-site laundry facilities, community Room, 24-hour maintenance, and onsite parking.

Priority consideration is extended to elderly and/or disabled/handicapped applicants. Smoking is strictly prohibited within all our premises. We welcome tenants with one pet weighing no more than 25 pounds. Rental rates are calculated at 30% of the household income, ensuring affordability for our residents.
